Are you guys watching Jomboy's breakdowns? He's become huge over the past few weeks — really funny.

Tulo retires. Plans on spending time with the wife and kids, as well as on the IL.
Always loved Tulo. Great Rockies guy.

That's as safe a bet as whether a puppy will hump your leg.

2 observations:
1) Holy crap, Inder Jays. Six runs in the last two innings to send it to extras.
2) Yankees-Red Sox has a crazy 1978 vibe to it. Underperforming defending champ and the high-powered challenger soaring to a big mid-season lead, but the starting pitching suddenly looks super sketchy. Not making predictions, least of all as to how the regular season ends, but the Yankees' rotation would have me sweating if I were a fan.

edit: Hot fuck, thank you, Jays. All eight Rays fans are distraught.

edit, jr.: Yankees pitching has been all-time bad the past seven days: https://sports.yahoo.com/yankees-pitchi ... 31679.html

Stroman to New York, as speculated. Oh, wait, it's the … Mets? Um, okay. I love that the Mets make moves that force a person wonder whether they're idiots or seventh-dimension smart. *Looks at their record* The former.

Cincy just got a whole lot Randianer. And Tito is having Manny flashbacks now.

Hmmm, the Astros seem serious about this winning-a-championship thing. Apparently the Red Sox and Yankees are more into other, non-championship-winning stuff.
