I'm gonna dress like a Teddy Boy.
We reach the parts other combos cannot reach
We beach the beachheads other armies cannot beach
We speak the tongues other mouths cannot speak

The main problem is me being a bit of a cheap bastard when it comes to these matters. I think of it in terms of oh shit there's airfare, hotel, food, taxi or some transport and ticket price and suddenly you're at 4 figures. Every so often I think I'll do something like this but never do...

You like Madness a lot more than I do! I have the first album, that's it! My top song is "Madness" by Madness and if they don't play it you won't hear me shut up about it!101Walterton wrote: ↑09 Mar 2020, 5:58pmFuck it Im going solo in LA for a long weekend!!!revbob wrote: ↑09 Mar 2020, 4:57pmThe main problem is me being a bit of a cheap bastard when it comes to these matters. You might have to have a listening party to get up to speed. I see they are releasing a hits LP in the US especially for the tour.

Maybe if Bernie wins and we get the socialist nirvana . But honestly Im not even a Madness fan, enjoy the Beat much much more. Maybe something would get me off my ass. A festival type thing is more likely to do it for me.101Walterton wrote: ↑09 Mar 2020, 5:58pmFuck it Im going solo in LA for a long weekend!!!revbob wrote: ↑09 Mar 2020, 4:57pmThe main problem is me being a bit of a cheap bastard when it comes to these matters. I actually have 3 Beat albums. We call them the English Beat, like English Muffins and The English Patient.101Walterton wrote: ↑09 Mar 2020, 6:07pmI’m also a big fan of The Beat also on the bill.tepista wrote: ↑09 Mar 2020, 6:01pmYou like Madness a lot more than I do!
