Bernie Rhodes unwell.
Reading the recent Record Collector magazine. An article on the new Vic Godard album. Which Mick Jones produces and plays on virtually the whole album (not guitar) singing backing vocals and percussion.
It mentions that Bernie is ill in hospital. So just wanna wish him well and send him good vibes.
Get well soon Bernie!

Yikes, hope the lunatic pulls through. We need all the catalysing weirdos in this world that we can get.

Yeah, the guy is insane, but he was a tremendously underrated influence on popular music and not just by his own word.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

The publisher's website still makes no mention of it. We'll get the dubplates before that book, I suspect.

Yeah, but I'm learning HTML5 and I'm assuming Bernie's site was done in HTML1
