Should we do more to welcome new members? I always see the name of our newest member in the header of the forum, but rarely do they ever post anything? You lot somehow snagged myself and Tom...so guessing their are other people who might enrich our weird, yet awesome online community.

More seriously, yeah, I think new blood helps rejuvenate communities like this one. You and Tom coming on the scene has helped make this place for exciting than it's been in a bit. I'd be up for suggestions on integrating new folks. Inder can send a fruit basket.
