Just read up on our nasty spider and it turns out it doesn’t make webs so adds no value catching flies or mosquitos and worse than that it is a ‘vagrant hunter’ and their preferred prey is other spiders.tepista wrote: ↑22 May 2020, 8:10pmThese, spiders are rapists, drug dealers...some of them are good spiders.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑22 May 2020, 6:32pmAll spiders matter, bigot!tepista wrote: ↑22 May 2020, 4:43pmI never push spiders out of the house, I might shoo them if they're in a dangerous area, like near the shower drian or something. I like spiders for their mozzie catching webs.
Problem is we have one common spider that has a very nasty bite. It feels like a mozzie bite to start with but then spreads its poison and can take months to give rid of it. They are also very small so easily get lost in shoes, bedding and everywhere else.
I still didn't know what the heck a mozzie was so I looked it up and it makes sense in retrospect.
