Bob Dylan - 'Tempest' (2012)
Good soundtrack to NOW. Looking forward to the new album - judging from the three songs released so far, it might be even more hateful than this. And from old Zimmy, that's saying something. And always a good thing, ho ho.

Loved this album when it came out (their next two as well plus the EPs and b-sides). Mike Peters is singing/writing for the current incarnation of Big Country, and though he seems a lovely bloke and is a fine singer, his voice and lyric style don't cut it for me re: the Big Country template.

Talking of Big Country, I was listening to this song tonight and was strongly reminded of them. Not sure if you're a Manics fan but I think this is my favourite song by them...

Mike hasn't been the singer for Big Country for a few years now mate he is still fronting The Alarm. Simon Hough – vocals, guitar, harmonica 2013 - present. I agree about those early Alarm records being great.
