Speaking of salad cream, it made a welcome appearance in my fish finger sandwich earlier. Hadn't used the condiment for a while so had to to scrape the crap off the top.

So, you need to be a willing executioner first and foremost. You cut him in half, starting at the top between the eyes ti kill him. Then grill him cut side down for 3-4 minutes and flip him to do the same to the shell side. Keep him turning until the meat starts to fall out of the shell. Cool him until you can hold him without burning your hands. Rip apart and dip in butter.
