Marky I am absolutely bowled over with this brilliance. This is what I dreamed of being able to do myself but I could never ever get any where near to what you have kindly produced for us.

I have had a quick sample listen for about a minute worth of every song and I just cant wait to listen to it back to back with the music turned up high on my own where I can reminisce of those great gigs all them years ago

Thank you so much Marky you have no idea how important this recording is that you have kindly given to us and I will no longer need to moan about the original line up never bringing out a live album again I don't think even they could match this themselves.

Also thank you for all the hard work it must have taken

Hi mate thanks very much that's appreciated.

I too have always wanted a live album from the first line up. I always loved all the live tv clips etc and wanted to produce something. Over the years I amassed all the relevant pieces and replacing them as they appeared in better quality. Heston had acquired a couple of the early tv appearance in great quality so many thanks to him for sharing. They all still needed a lot of work (mixing) to get them all sounding great. Some like "James Brown" and "Baby, Don't Apologise" needed to be repaired. But I'm well chuffed with the results. So all that's left is to thank Mick and the rest of BAD for being so great, sit back and enjoy...cheers!

Nice choices! One small thing though - first song is marked up as e=mc2 but it's Medicine Show. ;)
Okay I have redone the rear artwork and amended the error. I have also retagged the tracks with the new artwork. You can re download via the new link and/or just grab the artwork from the original post which has been replaced.

Oliver wins the eagle eyed cherry award! ;)

Hello Marky,

Thanks again for your efforts! I got through the second disc of the first collection as I was really anxious to hear Beatbox. It was great. I haven't really cottoned to much live BAD as the effects aren't a plus for me but these seemed to flow better. The sound is top rate.

"Hey Marky! explain that new artwork?"

Oh okay, well I never cared much for any of the previous artwork. I wanted something a bit more fun and a thrill to match the music.

...right on!
