Anybody remember A House?
Yeah, not the worst. Endless Art is a fun track.
Heh, my sentiments, too. Very okay-ish.
For a band that didnt quite make it, quite decent. This track sums them up i think, it's good but it's lacking some vital quality, feels flat in parts. Still better than 60-70% of what was out there at the time.

Right. On most of the stuff of theirs that I heard, it seemed like there was just something missing to make me really want to hear more.

I like all the instruments but the vocal is horrible. Sounds like he's straining for a shit.

Tep bringing up ELO reminded me of how much I like the Beautiful South's cover of "Livin' Thing."

Too close to the ‘chug chug chug’ original for me.

Your chug-chug-phobia has no place in 2020,

It's a fine cover doc.

I’d have thought the BS could have done a much more tuneful cover.

Not by their standards.
Way too similar to the original for it to be a good cover in my book.

I dug it. Nice vocals and thought they put a bit of a slant on It, almost country-like.

Yep agreed.

Should've done it in a Ska style and released it in a pastiche of the 2 tone sleeve. Then 101 would've been raving about it. ;)
