Yeah. I'm definitely putting on about (Covid-)19 pounds lately, so I was trying not to be a total human garbage disposal tonight.
I've actually dropped a few pound. I don't drink and eat as much when I'm at home and, well, I've not been out for pub food and beer in months.
I gained 10 probably from beer/booze.. I quit the booze bot the beer and lost a few.
