And now we know why Jeremy's Iron has a reputation for being Hollywood's bad boy—he doesn't like pancakes.
Yeah and they probably didn't have his favorite IPA and when he asked for a local coke connection he wasn't looking for directions to Pop's General Store.

So he's a combination of Hoy, Flex, and tep?

Oh, those banjos be dueling, uncle.

Also, both Mark and Cherry refuse to use Hollywood's Christian name because he is an undeemable sinner.

So did they skip over the actual lunch? I would have liked to see the reported rude behavior.

We went from an invitation to lunch to Mark's regret and indignation. We have to use our brain machine to think about how contemptuous Hollywoods would respond to a true red, white, and blue American lunch. I'll bet the eff-word was used.

You know Doc is a heavy drinker though. That and some smack are the only thing that keeps his demons at bay.

Cherry definitely drinks to escape when Mark is off annoying others, an artificial substitute for the physical escape she'll never achieve, short of death.

She also goes into the town saloon and offers to be a guide for visiting outdoorsmen.

It would be cool if Andy snapped and bit off his hand.

I like the way Jeremy is sort of winking at the camera when he says I need a drink.

That panel could also be used as a lead in to an old time alcohol ad. The next panel would show him sipping a glass of some old timey booze: "...and when I need a drink, I reach for the smooth taste of Old Abraham Johnson Rye".
