This Archer show is pretty damn good.

Sweet action for kids 'n' cretins. Marjoram and capers.

That's when the show started going off the rails for a lot of fans. I found that those themed seasons worked better on second viewings, but I never soured on the series at all.

It was a big change but I think one that was good overall for the show.

Given that the strength of the show is in how its characters relate to each other, the spy concept wasn't that crucial.

I love that season. Might be the last one I watched, actually.

The coma seasons are a skip for me. You could have achieved the same effect, or something very like it, and kept it in continuity. I get that we're not doing Breaking Bad here or anything and the stakes shouldn't matter that much, but there's no consequences to anything that happens in a story in a character's imagination which makes it dull for me.

I found they had their moments.

I enjoyed them more on the second watch and with some time away. No, they aren't as good as the original concept, but they're still entertaining.

Even tho I've been more positive than most about the dream seasons, I'm happy to see a return to the spy setting. I hope Adam Reed isn't fully out, tho, as I'd miss Ray.

I haven't seen the last 2 seasons yet started a few times but always moved on to something else.

I liked them more on re-viewing than the first time around.
