I've cut my own hair for the last 10 years. Grade 5 on top, 3 on the sides. Easy job done.

I am no longer as fulsome in the lid department as I was in my youth, so I got a clipper and buzz buzz buzzed. Looks fine, if a bit ragged at the neckline.

Yeah thinking about it I've been doing it for about 20 years now. Math has never been a strong point.

I have done my own for years when I need to but I prefer to go to the barbers it makes much less mess plus I like the barber so don’t begrudge paying him.

This is where I'm at. Also like the wax, burn and head massage from my barber Mehmet who is a great guy.

That's where I came to. plus my kid wouldn't let me cut his anymore at 14 so we go to the same barber. And I gotta say he has me looking sharp when he's done. Well my hair anyway. The face is what it is.

Since COVID I go out of my way to use local business.
Pre COVID I used to get locals rate in barbers but now I decline and pay full cost ( it is only a few $$ difference).
I have also got rid of all of my coffee cards from local cafes. I don’t need a free coffee every 10 purchases but they need the extra $$$

I gave myself a haircut about a month ago because I hadn't had a trim since last December & I was supposed to head back to work the following week. I used an electric beard trimmer & it worked out okay; Mrs Unidos was available to even out the back, which I couldn't see in the mirror. I got a call from work later that afternoon extending my furlough until... August? September?

I gave myself a haircut and it's not great.
Why, you've got great hair.
The back grows faster than the front, so I practically had a mullet.

There used to be this woman down the hall where I used to work and she was still proudly rocking her mullet when I left there in 2009. And it was horrendous.

What position did she play on her softball team?
