Wow, that's really sad. Crazily enough...we were going through a box of movies Saturday and I pulled out a copy of The Commitments and my girlfriend said she had never seen it, but that it looked interesting...so we put it on the slate to watch with the kids.

The missuz and I quite dug both The Commitments and The Snapper (the latter is a sequel in the original novels, not in the films).
