There you go. The store down the road has lobster for 4.99/lb this week and it's hovered under 6.00/lb all summer. Too good to pass up.Heston wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 8:15pmOk, I will buy lobster tomorrow and some fresh clambake from Maisie's.revbob wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 8:09pmNot with that fucking diet.Heston wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 8:07pmIronically my two favourite eras of music. Definitely Billy Idol. He wouldn't have sniffed celebrity in the US without those videos.101Walterton wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 9:00pmand Billy Idol.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 8:01pmArguably, MTV broke the Clash mainstream.101Walterton wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 7:40pmMTV only highlighted the worst!!!!Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 7:30pmHonestly, the better way of approaching things is that the mid to late 60s and the early MTV 80s were the only time there was reliable crossover between the UK and North America. Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

This has been a great summer for seafood. I got Atlantic salmon for 5.99/lb the other day and tuna a few weeks ago for the same price. I have 3 different stores in the area one will always have a good sale on something. Ive been loving it and now we have local corn that is just amazing. Not to brag but I haven't eaten so well and so cheaply in my life.101Walterton wrote: ↑10 Aug 2020, 10:13pmThat sounds like good service.
