I think I can out-revbob here and say that I like zero Elton John songs. I'd rather listen to KISS.

Probably a tie, there's EJ songs I hate and EJ songs that could send me into a murderous rage. Those are the two categories I have reserved for his songs. I find the more recent stuff falls into the latter.

And yes if crab juice isnt an option Id pick Kiss

My Elton list is short but sweet

Goodbye Yellow Brick Road
Philadelphia Freedom
Rocket Man
Song for Guy

The rest of his catalogue I wouldn't care if I never heard again.
There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

There is no room in my rowboat for you.

I have his corpse in a suitcase, we need to dump it at sea.

Ok, I denounce these songs.

I leave it to revbob to determine whether you're sincere, but I guarantee that you're working the oars.

Glad you didn’t include Tiny Dancer, when did that suddenly become everyone’s favourite EJ song.

Wasn't "Working the Oars" track three on Music From the Elder?

Yes, that annoys me too. Ed Sheeran isn't blameless here.

Shouldn't we be blaming Bernie Taupin for these songs? He's the one who wrote the lyrics, Elton just wrote the music. At least that's what that movie VH dragged me to said.
