A real shame Spider didn't do at least one solo album. I always liked the charming way he sang, but towards the end of the Sans Shane Pogues, his sour vinegar singing was achieving a new power and distinctiveness. I bet he had another few Tuesday Mornings in him and his old mates, including Shane and probably Strummer, could have passed on some material.

He had that post Pogues project, I recall some demos but not sure what happened. Not sure if the old Friends of Shane list is still going but there was always good updates on there.
