I saw that. I couldn't believe it.

I don't know, that 10 year old seemed to have arrived at a solid conclusion about the flu all by himself.

Re: The Election Thread To Talk About The Election
It reminds me of a pair of diatribes on the right from the Obama years. One was that Obamacare was literally slavery and freedom was vanishing and must be resisted by all means. The other was Bill O'Reilly going on about how chattel slavery wasn't that bad because they were guaranteed homes and food and had holidays off. In other words, guarantees of buying health insurance is many degrees worse than being someone else's property.

Anyone going to watch the senile monkeys throw poo at each other tonight? I haven't watched a presidential debate since, I think, 2008, but this has all the makings of solid Gervais/Merchant cringe comedy.

Nah. I can't stand looking at that moldy orange peel. The last thing I want is to listen to him speak.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑29 Sep 2020, 9:02amAnyone going to watch the senile monkeys throw poo at each other tonight? Re: The Election Thread To Talk About The Election
I'm going to attempt to do so by watching a twitch stream of folks commenting on the debate rather than directly subject myself to it. I'd probably have a stroke by the midpoint if I listened directly.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑29 Sep 2020, 9:02amAnyone going to watch the senile monkeys throw poo at each other tonight?
