Once they set up the rabbit ears and Rusty stands behind the set on one leg and points to the chicken coop for better reception, we'll know better.revbob wrote: ↑02 Oct 2020, 8:15amAnd what fucking channel do they get that will be broadcasting this awards ceremony?Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑02 Oct 2020, 7:45am

The essence of conservation, as we all know, is about manners and showing up on time. So this rule makes sense.
edit: The time between panels 1 and 3 is, like, 5 seconds. Seemingly Cherry teleported from a good ten feet away to sitting on the arm of the couch—cushions are for men, dammit!—beside Mark. Is Cherry an alien of some kind?

I'm worried. The strip isn't supposed to be hip and relatable.
edit: A thought: Is Mark going to become a Harvey Camel social media obsessive?

So I think panel 3 is a setup for a way for Mark to get a little extra money so he can make and promote the nature videos he loves so much. Cherry's gonna pimp him out to the middle aged ladies whose husbands are all out playing golf.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑03 Oct 2020, 8:37amI'm worried. The strip isn't supposed to be hip and relatable.

To hide the fact that he's a severe heroin addict.
So the conservation rules committee is more of a 101W model than a Dr. Medulla one, altering criteria on the fly to make sure that "Paranoid" doesn't win the award for best writing.

Yeah the fix was in Big Wildlife has put a lot of money into this Mark Trail. He'd do well not to step out of line again.Dr. Medulla wrote: ↑05 Oct 2020, 8:18amTo hide the fact that he's a severe heroin addict.
