Just in case anyone missed it in the "Post Your Own Music" thread, here's a bunch of tracks we've been working on...

Hey, nice to have this place to test out the material. You are left with no critical faculties after hearing a song 100 times.

Counterpoint: U2 would probably be better if they got Heston to sing.
Seriously, nice work Heston.

Hello,
Well done with this collection. I'm guessing the next tour won't bring you to the Southeastern US - maybe I'll have to settle for a t-shirt.
When you mentioned you may be opening for the Blockheads, this song came to mind (kind of Queen-ish balladry). I hope your experiences differ.

Re: Question for Heston
Norman is a "top geezer". Many, many years ago he was in The Phoenix, Dundee when The Blockheads were playing the Bonar Hall, never really a venue for bands, more real ale festivals and that sort of thing. It was a crowded Friday around tea time and I must have been the only person in the pub to recognise the dodgy looking bloke nursing a large brandy glass - his long fingers seemed to wrap around it easily. As I was getting served at the bar next to him I was able to chat away without really interupting him as he was on his own and seemed glad of the company. We had a long chat about music, and I wasn't too sure about mentioning 'Magnificent Seven' so let it rest. A few rounds later and I was on the guest list. As I said, top geezer.
The last person of note to be in The Phoenix was Oscar winning actress Holly Hunter, a night out while filming for Netflix in Dundee. I must have been the only person in the pub not to recognise her, but we chatted away for a while and she bought me a drink. Nice lass.
