Does anyone know what this was intended for? A One More Dub-style version for Rat Patrol? A b-side?

It's great, but I'd kind of like to know how/why it exists. Sounds like it's in the same vein as Rap the Casbah.

I think "Rap the Casbah" and "Rap Angel Dragnet" were demos that were cut to a view of being released on an extra disc with Combat Rock along with an extended mix of "Overpowered By Funk" and others that never materialised.
