I heard this on the radio this morning and never realised who it was until the DJ mentioned it at the end. Really surprised I never recognised his voice, I thought it was pretty good.

I've really enjoyed McCartney III. It's sometimes off kilter, sometimes catchy, sometimes weird, sometimes brilliant...but everything adds up to create a very enjoyable listen.

The infinite mystery of Paul McCartney, that he can produce such nostalgic schlock yet also sublime and simple beauty like "Blackbird." Maybe this is my favourite Paul song—I don't know—but it's probably the most affecting.
