I've gotten around this by being really strict and only drinking on weekends and the odd thursday. Seems to be working ok.

I've been on a no school night drinking routine lately though I am not too strict about it. I went on a bit of a bender over the holidays so I need a little break.

I brought a bunch of booze for my cabin isolation trip, but ended up only drinking a beer or two a night. I'd just get bored.revbob wrote: ↑11 Jan 2021, 7:53pmYeah, we'll see how long the feeling lasts. I think the lack of a social dynamic to it is certainly plays a role.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Stiff glass of wine every night, but never so much as to get drunk. Just to relax.BostonBeaneater wrote: ↑11 Jan 2021, 7:04pmI've been on a no school night drinking routine lately though I am not too strict about it. I went on a bit of a bender over the holidays so I need a little break.
