This TRAC photo was new to me (I think).

There's a couple from this session. I think Heston posted one many moons ago.

Getting flashbacks to seeing Annabel Croft in Lillywhites as a teenager. Which is no bad thing.

Greater songs on TIBAD, but Megatop Phoenix is the better record.

It hangs together very well.

I still think 10 Upping St is the weakest of the original albums. The highs are great but the lows are low.

Tighten Up is probably the weakest for me. But that is only down to it's mix.

I finally got around to watching the first Small Axe episode/film called 'Mangrove.' It's about a restaurant called The Mangrove located at 8 All Saints Road. Then it finally clicked what "they ain't seen nothing like him down The Mangrove' actually referred to.

I've only been listening for 30-something years.

Haha sometimes things just click. Small Axe was a great series, really enjoyed it.

Yeah, I enjoyed Mangrove a lot. Didn't expect it to be 2 hours going in but the time flew by. It's always nice to hear The Liquidator too.

Interview with Mick Jones in The Gavin Report (radio industry trade mag) on 10-JAN-1986.

He gives some insight to the formation of BAD and addresses some Clash questions too.
