It’s like he smoothly parallel-parked right between Flex’s Windowless Killbot Van and Heston’s Weird English Jalopy.

EDIT: I’m actually glad we finally have someone else whose unpopular music opinions veer towards rock music and not weird toothless pop.

He started talking about Coldplay and I got excited for a minute, but he clarified his position on them, unfortunately.

I'm waiting to hear his position on Swans. My vote can still be had, but I'm reaching for the black ball.

edit: Plus I see that Jen is slated to take over chairing duties for the admissions subcommittee on 1 April. New guy better brush up on his Depeche Mode or else she'll keep him from even getting a vote.

I love Depeche Mode but my favorite synth pop band is Actually Japan. Tin Drum is a fucking Masterpiece
