Remember when Jesse Eisenberg was in the Exploited?
Ha! And then they asked what kind of name Eisenberg is …

I have zero recollection of Marc Cohn's "Walking in Memphis" which is baffling to me because I was 8 or 9 when that came out and had my finger on the pulse of VH1 rock at the time. I owned the Bodyguard Soundtrack, Richard Marx's "Rush Street" album, and Michael Bolton's "Time Love and Tenderness" album. This should have been right up my alley.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.

Just found this pretty interesting. Supposedly from Don Letts archive.
