Slow cook 200 degrees until they show signs of gingivitis. Then turn up the heat and add some bbq sauce some regular and some Carolina

It's a rare treat as I've been on a healthy food kick since Jan 3rd. This is currently the longest I have gone without chocolate or biscuits ever and I'm gonna try and hold out til Xmas. I've lost a stone and a half so it has made a difference.

It is good stuff though every supermarket here has their own brand of brown, they're not quite the same but over half the price.
