I now believe the correct dates for the first two recordings to be:

10/1/1984 Sheffield Leadmill

3/11/1984 Glasgow Nightmoves.

Didn't BAD support The Alarm at Nightmoves on October 10th 1983

We discussed all this in the "other" back when.

The Alarm site where I found details of the Leadmill gig suggests they were actually billed as 'The Mick Jones Band' but settled on the Big Audio Dynamite name later that night.

A Sheffield Leadmill history site suggests BAD played a headline gig on 10th July 1984 - which was originally the date I thought the Alarm-supporting 'first' gig happened.

These two remasters have the dates we eventually decided to be correct.

No, he posted a different Alarm link with a different date. But his is more convincing, to be honest. As we were.
