Re: SISOSIG video in 4K
Apparently there was a Q&A with Don like they did with the mag 7 video

I always thought the shots of Joe's hair were the coolest parts of this video. Mick's coveralls weren't his best outfit. At any rate, the footage looks sharp and the sound pops, so great work to whoever remastered it!

Re: SISOSIG video in 4K
Am I being thick or is there no comments from Don?
A few people are asking whether the full show was filmed but I guess we'll get the standard "only two songs were filmed" line. But this clip contains footage of them walking off at the end and I'm pretty sure SISOSIG wasn't the last song.
Also, I'm sure I remember talk of a full release for the video back when the Shea CD was first released.

There's a tiny, tiny hopeful part of me that says you guys are running a Kaufmanesque long con on the board

Don's (The Clash) comments are to the right of the video. Click "SHOW CHAT REPLAY" near the top.Heston wrote: ↑13 May 2022, 1:28amAm I being thick or is there no comments from Don?

I get Shea is a big deal but can't help but feel it's somewhat diminished because they weren't headlining (and it wasn't the classic line-up).
It'd be so much nicer if they did more to pump their own big-stage cultural moment at Bonds.

Well, it's a legendary American landmark versus a converted mens' clothing store two blocks away from Times Square. Perception management is the name of the game.
