My betta passed away and I got a new one yesterday (welcome, Slapshot!). I am seeing how long it takes VH it notice.

Unfortunately, people don't take care of them well. They really need to be in at least in a five gallon heated and filtered tank. It always makes me so sad to see them in those cups at Petco and the like. My guys have all lived in a 10 gallon with a nerite snail and mystery snail.
