You should definitely just refer to an artist (or anyone, actually) by the name they want to be called. No modifications needed.
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a rolling hoop
Wiggle, wiggle, wiggle like a ton of lead
Wiggle - you can raise the dead

For fans of old school, Neneh Cherry often calls this out as an influence.

That whole scene, label and early recordings is fascinating. As is Bill Curtis talking about the 'first' rap recording...WestwayKid wrote: ↑07 Feb 2023, 9:31amThis is good!! Lil Yachty just dropped Let's Start Here which is so dripping with weird psychedelia/prog rock noise that Sherman Hemsley may rise from the dead to have a listen.

Another maybe lesser known classic. Blackalicious works through the alphabet with the beat slowly increasing throughout. It's 2 minutes, but a lot of fun. Lyric video is helpful too.
Look, you have to establish context for these things. And I maintain that unless you appreciate the Fall of Constantinople, the Great Fire of London, and Mickey Mantle's fatalist alcoholism, live Freddy makes no sense. If you want to half-ass it, fine, go call Simon Schama to do the appendix.
