New ABC poll has Harris up 6 points, 52 to 46, among likely voters. This is Obama 2008 territory.

As long as Harris doesn't fuck-up the debate—which would be stunning given her own abilities and Trump's—the momentum is such that it would take a helluva October surprise to alter the course. That NC is in play is a massive canary in the coalmine for Republicans.
